Feeding industry, including tea, belongs to the most material-capacious hield of national Economy. That’s why complex processing of the raw materials and carrying all the worth Components out of it, rational using of non-basic products and leavings of the production is the most important reserve to increase the production making and production effectiveness. At a time of processing agricultural raw materials, together with the basic products, non-basic products and production leavings which are used as the second-hand material resources are always formed.

They can be used by means of three basic principles:

• To produce additional production in the fields in which they are formed;
• In other fields of national economy as the raw materials (combined food, microbiological and chemical industry, building and so on…);
• To feed birds and wares in agricultural economy, and to be used as fertilization. In primary tea industry, leavings are represented by the second-hand raw materials received from the processed tea leaves, that is: tea stems, lamina and root hairs.

As it is show from the table data, their number is rather large (nearly 30 thousand ton), but today they are not included in industrial cycle and they are lost for nothing. According to the this for the effective and purposeful usage of raw materials, concrete arrangements should be worked out, which is very important for this field, by means of economical and ecological standpoint. On the basis of our researches, the technological scheme of tea leavings’ conversion has been worked out.

According to the mentioned technology we can get 3 basic products:

• concentrated product (nearly 3.5-4 thousand ton) which can be used as the root of nonalcoholic drinks and as biologically active supplement to rich the traditional feeding products (breed-baker’s ,ice cream, confectionery production and others);
• natural fuel (nearly 30 thousand ton) which is ecologically very important to stop down the local forests;
• alcoholic liquid from the tea stems (nearly 130 thousand ton) which is the unique chemical substances of the tea with its high aromatic indicators and stable ability for coloration , hereby, it can valuably change the oak material used in the production of cognac and other alike drinks nowadays and helps to preserve its natural resource.

Thus, the offered technology gives an opportunity to increase the economical indicators of tea production and to create production with practically no leavings and high ecological characteristics.
