The basic principals of state politics of Republic of Kazakhstan in the public health services’ area are the national safety’s maintenance, the sanitary-epidemical well-being, state responsibility for creating conditions, ensuring the preservation and the strengthening of citizens’ health.

There are large industrial complexes of chemical industry, iron and non-ferrous metallurgy, military ranges for testing the rocket and nuclear weapons, mines for production of uranium ores, enterprises of oil extracting and its processing in the territory of Republic of Kazakhstan. During the job of industrial objects there is making harmful factors, influencing on the workers’ organisms pointedly, and emission of industries’ and space launching sited’ waste to the environmental atmosphere, what influence on the health of people, who live in nearby places, unfavourably.

Nowadays the huge attention is given for ways of not specific prophylaxis to prevent the development of pathological changes on the organ and systemic levels of the human organism. There is introduction of various specialized nutrition products, biological active additives, systemic enzymotherapy, aeroionization and etc.

The various specialized nutrition products’ and biological active additives’ application promotes the decrease of some xenobiotics’ toxic effect. The basic principals of alimentary correction under the ksenobiotics’ effect are enterosorption at the expense of the improvement of gall exocytosis and peristalsis, which promoting the ksenobiotic extermination from organism, the intensification of cell membranes, the antioxidant protection, the stimulation of protein synthesis and the intensification of host defenses. The addictive principals of alimentary correction consist of the antifibrous, rapid speed of oxidation of substratum of Krebs’ cycle and others, which influence on the human organism with prophylactic aim under the ksenobiotic effect.

The systemic enzymotherapy is the modern way of treatment of wide spectrum of diseases, which are based on the application unique combinations with natural hydrolytic enzymes of the vegetable or animal origin. The drug of systemic enzymotherapy Wobenzym, acting per os, is absorbed with the majority part in the small intestine and gets the blood flow, rendering the systemic influence to the all organism.

In the structure of Wobenzym there are ferments of vegetable and animal origin, getting from the piglet’s pancreas (tripsin, chymotrypsin., lipase, amylase, pancreatine), vegetable ferments (papain, bromelain), and active matter – rutin. It is possible to mark three mechanisms of Wobenzym’s effect: immunomodulatory effect, fibrinolytic and anti-inflammatory.

The mechanism of aeronization becomes clear with next: negative aeroions, being like donors of electrons, act on other molecules as biocatalyzer, rising their energetic levels, stimulating the metabolic processes because of activation of ferments, vitamins, which have antiradical and antiperoxide abilities. This fact is given a possibility of widespread using the method of man-made aeroionization of air as the prevention of many diseases without any damage for human organism.

So, the legacy situation of ecological-industrial trouble in Kazakhstan predetermines the necessity of prophylactic and rehabilitative measures, directed on the safety and strengthening public health, the prevention the development of pathological processes at the prenosological stage, the increasing the duration of public capacity of work and life.
