The solution of the problems pertaining to the ecological safety is of great urgency in the present world. A significant role in respect of the subject is attached to scientific community.

NOU VPO “Russian New University” has a number of completed technological workings-out and some engineering solutions, carries out perspective innovation developments in the field of health protection and recovery technologies as well as ecological safety.

The researchers of the “Health Protection Technologies in Education” centre have developed a number of technologies of efficient diagnostics and health recovery which include magnetotherapy complex, relaxation massage complex, diagnostics and treatment complex for general therapy. The present technologies allow quickly to determine the anatomy of the patient, diagnose vertebral column pathologies and spinal nerves conduction disorders, with the necessary prescription of treatment following.

The researchers of the Taganrog branch of RosNOU have developed a computer-based hemodynamics analyzer, “Cardiocode”. It is a one-channel cardiograph combined with the reograph. Synchronous one-lead cardiography and ascending aorta reography combined with the cardiac cycle phase analysis help find out the functional state of cardiovascular and respiratory systems to diagnose a disease at the early stage and assess properly the undertaken therapy efficiency.

In the RosNOU endoecological medicine centre there has been developed a technologies complex designed for medical treatment and health improvement on the cell level (ERT) and a number of apparatus for endoecological rehabilitation (the workings-out belonging to certain developers). The list includes the gas-discharge visualization apparatus that registers and analyses light parameters produced by human skin stimulated by electric field impulses, which makes it possible to reveal functional disorders and early symptoms of diseases of various organs and systems.

The ‘Medass’ device to study and assess the structure of the body serves to carry out bioimpedance analysis according to the parameters of electrical resistance of the tissues. It makes possible to analyze and monitor the adipose tissue, muscle bulk and liquid amounts in the body. The ‘Limpha-E’ apparatus is used to carry out compressive therapy. At the heart of the compressive therapy medicinal effect is stimulation of hymodynamic, neurohumoral and metabolic processes. The ‘Minitag’ and ‘Mustang-2000’ lymphomassage is carried out by the doctor using the main lymph points on the surface of the body. It helps intensify all lymph system functions.

The wind energy facility ‘Windboard’ designed by the specialists of the RosNOU windenergy laboratory is environment-friendly due to the lack of obtrusive noise, with the windboard surface of 2 square m, power of 200 W and durability up to 25-30 years.

Scientific research work conducted by the scientists of NOU VPO”Russian New University” represents a noticeable contribution to the solution of the problem of health protection, education of ecological culture and ecological safety in general.
