At this new stage of democratic development in Ukraine - an industrialized state with the highest intellectual, cultural and sporting potential of the European level, there is a need to specify the environmental priorities in the formation of a national people’s ideas (hereinafter - NI), and integration around the Ukrainian people. The following wording is NI.

“UKRAINE - a powerful, unified and indivisible state. We, the Ukrainian people, proud of its, will make and save a high spiritual, pure and rich for posterity.“

In general, the list of priority tasks, aimed at strengthening and prosperity of Ukraine, in our opinion, the leading - if not the central - the place to take the factor-condition, combining the two obligatory components: mental / spiritual purity of the citizen and harmoniously linked with their physicalof purity place / area / space, on which influence these factors.

The first priority condition for the formation of a national idea - education the spiritual purity of the citizen - is the task of moral education in general.

Second priority condition — education of the awareness to preservation the cleanliness of the physical environment - will make and preserve Ukraine pure and rich for posterity. These conditions are interrelated, since the high spirituality of individual, or, if we express the terms of ecology - ecological purity of thoughts (soul) - determines the ecological purity of the habitat.

In connection with this, we consider it necessary to introduce a priority by public policy education of every citizen in early childhood based on the priority of panhuman values contained in the Bible, Koran and other books of knowledge and morals, the priority of national interests, part of which is to preserve the clean natural environment of the Ukrainian people .

Environmental education is now in Ukraine at a low level, but it is vital to everyone - young and old, regardless of rank, religion, party affiliation, material welfare and other grades of society - it unites the nation based on shared responsibility for preserving the environment for themselves and posterity.

The main objective in education of the priority to the conservation of habitats, in our opinion, is the cultivation of the principle purity of the home, yard, village, city or region of Ukraine, as one of the most important indicators of environmental security. We consider it necessary to put into practice on the basis of statistical indicators for the evaluation of policies to promote physical purity Ukraine’s regions, cities and settlements on such indicators (international standards, recommendations of the UN), the purity of the air basin (primarily by CO2, SO2, NOx), Purity of the Water Basin (primarily indicators of NH4 +, coliform index), the degree of complex processing of solid industrial and domestic waste.

Develop a nationwide system of rewards children in preschools and schools, students, bureaucrats and businessmen, managers and owners of businesses for its success in solution problems of the achievement real physical purity of habitat (in the locations of enterprises, households), saving water and energy is to be an efficient measure to prevent corruption, preserve the natural environment.

Solution these priority components of the national idea will ensure the preservation and further development of the state of Ukraine.
