Ecological problems of Humanity are mostly often connected with pollution of environment and natural resource consuming.

Nevertheless we almost do not emphasize informational processes and consequences of our interference in these processes.

The most noticeable example of our interference in to data flows is our capability of storing knowledge about environment and using it. The capability of storing knowledge about environment is mostly defined by the potential of humans’ brains to keep large volume of information as well as abstract thinking. Knowledge helps us to adjust to ambient conditions efficiently.

However our capability of perceiving Universe/World/Earth brings danger simultaneously. We more often recognize this danger instinctively or in some particular cases. For example: Contemporary society is not ready to regulate the process of receiving knowledge about this World/Universe/Earth and its usage. However this offer does not fundamentally differ from the regulation a pollution of the environment process. Control mechanisms of receiving and using knowledge undoubtedly seem more complicated, than mechanisms of regulating a pollution of the environment we got in the habit of using. Abstract thinking is more than a powerful method of forming knowledge; it also helps in creating such informational systems, as intellectual ones. Perception and emotions interfere in the process of forming such kind of World’s/Universe’s/Earth’s reflection. The logic of evolution as a regulative factor, reflected in the decrees of nature recedes from the factors, formed in the sphere of intellectual systems. It could be somebody’s strategy of World’s/Universe’s/Earth’s evolution, though it is rather obvious that Society is in contradiction with Environment.

One more aspect of investigated question is forming of decrees of Society’s being on its own. The Humanity has saved a particular experience in this sphere. However contemporary Society dose not use this historical experience a lot. In many aspects it depends on the world ideology of the Society.

In the contemporary world mass media plays an important role in forming a world ideology.

The usage of natural resources is mostly connected with satisfying social needs. Informational factor has also played an important role in the process of people’s settling on Earth.

It is rather obvious, that everything previously mentioned relates to the sphere of informational processes. Unfortunately Society shows extraordinary carelessness in treating information. The Society apparently shall realize the necessity of forming control mechanisms of intellectual systems

It is rather possible, that a new evolutional phase in Earth’s existence begins with homo sapiens appearance. Someday it could be possibly called a social or informational phase.

Either Nature or God starts creating new Decrees of present world’s existence. These decrees will regulate a social part of life existence on Earth.
