Moscow State Construction University, Moscow

Researches in the global system of interactions between a person and the environment for construction purposes have been gaining a status of a scientific priority.

The significance of the ecological aspect for construction is enhanced since it correlates with the cultural level of the society. The actual condition of the biosphere is determined in many aspects by irresponsible attitude of humanity expressed in the form of “from anthropocentrism to biocentrism”.

Therefore improvement of education as an integral compound of culture, science and technique becomes is urgently required. Ecologization of a building project should be carried out during its whole life cycle on the basis of deep consideration of the environment. The most important role at all stages of a building project is devoted to a highly skilled staff with an adequate professional level.

The consideration of the ecological aspect in construction as a positive response to ecological problems has allowed to develop and already to carry out a concept of ecological education at a construction university.

The new educational concept based on an ecological-environmental cycle is called upon to play a role of a main structural factor.
