ANALYSIS OF EMISSIONS DUE TO INDUSTRIAL AND HOUSEHOLD WASTE TREATMENT AND ASSESSMENT OF AIR POLLUTION IN THE VICINITY |

The level and scales of pollution of atmospheric air in large cities remain still very high. The basic source of pollution of these territories is motor transport, together with some specific branches of industrial production among which incinerate factories and the enterprises of a metallurgical complex are allocated. In the report results of experimental researches which were spent to last years in local territories of Moscow, above-stated enterprises subject to influence on burning firm household waste and processing of a breakage of aluminium are presented. The control of emissions and an estimation of pollution of an atmosphere over border sanitary protective zone and in a residential zone were carried out by definition of following substances: oxides of nitrogen, polyaromatic carbohydrates, fluoride and chloride of the hydrogen, the weighed substances (flying ashes, soot), dioxide sulfurs, three oxide aluminium, etc.
Researches carried out by authors have shown, that system of ecological monitoring of the atmospheric pollution existing now, operating in Moscow and Moscow region, does not provide reception of the operative information both as a whole on city, and in its local territories. In this connection the special attention is given to mobile means of the control – to mobile laboratories and portable devices for the express train-analysis of pollution. Opportunities of a lot of modern laboratory methods to which number, first of all, are carried a spectrophotometry, an atomic absorption spectroscopy and issue spectroscopy, a liquid and gas chromatography, a chromatography-mass spectrometry are considered also. The scheme of the operative control of atmospheric pollution developed and approved by authors and industrial emissions in local city territories includes following elements:
Basic element of the scheme of the control offered by authors is the mobile ecological laboratory, hardware-methodical and which information-measuring base should provide the decision as trivial (selection and the analysis of tests), and especially return problems of the control when by results of complex researches it is necessary to reveal a source of emission to estimate scales of pollution and by that to prove a choice of criteria of acceptance of administrative decisions.
