Tyumen State University Technopark was founded on July 24th 2006 on basis of Innovative-technological centre of Tyumen State University. Technopark TSU deals with creating conditions for new technologies and high-end production design and applying them to production and social sphere.

Technopark TSU is a partner of Western-Siberian Innovative Centre and a curator of nature conservation bloc, according to which rise of conservancy, efficiency of the environmental protection and efficient life activity in conditions of North are provided.

Technopark TSU is a unique infrastructure complex intended for location and work on its territory of innovative companies and organizations aimed at high-end production design and manufacturing in connection with commercialization of the existing scientific designs.

As a branch of Tyumen State University in the field of innovative development, Technopark TSU is aimed at encouraging and support of artificers, from providing them with the necessary equipment and premises to consulting them and help with their job, which ends up in leading the idea to its commercialization and – as a result - creation of innovative companies.

Major tasks of Technopark TSU:

• promotion of the scientific and research activity results on the regional, national and international markets;
• making the educational process applied through attraction of graduates, students and tutors to implementation activities with processing their intellectual property rights;
• cooperation with regional enterprises, organizations and institutions in the area of leading their scientific outputs to competitive final product

• Oil polluted water flows purification
• Chipped wood production of wood industry waste
• Autonomous floating laboratory
• Elaboration of technology equipment for localization, gathering and temporary storage of outflowing liquid hydrocarbons using hose polymeric materials and thermo-expanding graphites
• Geo-radar sounding in slurry ponds inspection
• Thermal vision inspection of power supply and industry objects
• Proppants (send) recycling
• Technology of associated petroleum gas (APG) utilization with a glass grown recreational farm building
• Disturbed soils recultivation in conditions of eternal frost Usage of fibrous oil-sorbing slick bars for oil polluted water flows purification Territorial management through space and aerial observation of the Earth surface
