The program “Geo&Dom” - the program of complex development of an agricultural production on the basis of creation of ecological settlements has been created basing on unusual geophysical position and unique natural and climatic conditions of Near-Caspian lowland.

The basic purpose of the Program - to create the society of economically solvent citizens based on equal starting opportunities and guarantees for everyone, through attraction to creation of all population of the countries and regions of Caucasus and not used ground resources. The program is realized by the highly profitable agricultural and machine-building enterprises with use of the advanced discoveries and development, highly effective technologies and the equipment.

The basic idea of the Program: To offer the HOUSE, the GROUND, the FACILITIES and the BUSINESS put simultaneously to each participant. To offer a self-supporting COMPLEX, cost 3-7 million rubles which becomes the property of its participant in 5-7 years if it will add in it the work.

The Program consists of:

1. agricultural and machine-building industrial enterprises - corporation of the free enterprises (more than 50 peoples), connected by mutually advantageous contracts and attitudes.
2. rich farmsteads (the agricultural enterprises) - family farms and the family processing enterprises (from 2 up to 10 peoples), created on the basis of available or grouped in new settlements with the closed cycle of ecological clearing technologies.
3. The scientific, research, developmental, standardizing, training and other serving enterprises incorporated in one macroenterprise - noncommercial establishment.
4. The information system is opened for each, handed over production or rendered service. A full openness of all operations inside the system within the limits of the common cause.

For 7 year of realization of the program it will be planned to produce annually:

• cotton fibre - 510 thousand tons;
• sugar - 2,7 million tons;
• fish - 345 thousand tons, including caviar sturgeon - 720 tons
• grapes - 18 thousand tons;
• vegetables - 99 thousand tons;
• meat, poultry, milk - 418 thousand tons.
• non-fuel electrogenerators operated with wind power 6,4 thousand in kw (20 pieces);
• non-fuel electrogenerators operated with energy of water 1,6 thousand in kw (8 pieces);

Realization of the program will allow increasing in 6 times volumes of shipbuilding and sea cargo transportations on a line the Europe - the countries of Indian Ocean passing the Suez Canal, the Red Sea and the countries with a stable political situation.

The program can employ the non-used potential of the region (500 thousand in hectares of lakes, 3 million hectares of deserted territories, the empty coast of the Caspian Sea, the growing economy, available railways and highways, labour potential of the population). It will construct a complex consisting of a city with one million of inhabitants, the largest international port and a resort zone in the coast of the Caspian Sea.
