Basis of the decision of fundamental problems of ecology is not only studying the types and quantities of pollution and definition of their formal maximum-permissible norms, but also the forecast of existential laws of change of environmental properties since only they result finally in ecological disasters, and only knowing these laws it is possible to prevent their occurrence or to liquidate effectively their consequences. For today the correlation between distribution of lines of endemic diseases among the population and the factors caused by high dynamics of deep geospheres in territories of their residing is proved. These are such classical examples, as Balkan endemic illness, various toxicoses, endemic craw, Kashin-Beck disease, Keshan disease, “itay-itay”. The listed diseases are caused an imbalance in maintaining the natural components of environments of essential elements, toxic elements, organic compositions of a natural origin. I.e. they are observed in geodynamic active tectonic structures where it is fixed rise of deep waters, gases and fluids. Pathogenic organisms also prove as indicators of geodynamic activity of the earth’s crust. Therefore the purpose of research was studying similar structures and revealing of the natural meterological-ecological factors connected to them.
In the period since 2000 on 2007 sites of “deficiency” of atmospheric pressure above cross of faults, allocated on an author’s technique were established.
The structure of these minima in parameters of atmospheric pressure reminds mini-hurricanes with area of ascending streams on periphery and descending streams in the centre. Such structure atmospheric fields theoretically should provide the accelerated loss of an atmospheric precipitation, and also rise deep mineralized waters and the raised decontamination on periphery of structures. By us it is established, that frequency of loss of deposits and their quantity in the centre and on periphery of units of crossings of tectonic infringements which territorially coincide with stationary minima of atmospheric pressure essentially differ. Atmospheric deposits in the centre of tectonic units dropped out much less often, and their quantity on 26 % less. It is natural, that such distribution of deposits inevitably influences and vegetative communities. That proves to be true the raised maintenance of toxic elements: Pb (7.91 mg/kg) in mosses and in Sphagnum mosses (6.81 mg/kg); Zn (61.17-77.53 mg/kg) in green mosses. Also we fix change of structure of vegetation, first of all, due to sharp decrease of a share of small-leaved woods and increase of a share of fir forests at 20 % in comparison with other territories.
Thus, it is possible not only other mechanism of loss of an atmospheric precipitation due to pressure gradients, but also rise of mineralized waters from deep horizons of the earth’s crust that finds the acknowledgement in natural supervision. Besides, during magnetic storms change of ionic structure of waters is possible also. The received data allow to speak about possible influence of tectonic units and their “power” properties not only for speed of course of erosive processes and on the ecological condition of Environment, but also on health of the Northern population.
I.e. they can be classified units, minima as sites of natural ecological risk. Presence of deposits of hydrocarbons within the limits of Russian platform testifies to high dynamic of geospheres that predetermines an estimation of territory as intense on possible influence of geological factors on health of the population. Such factors can be: radon, the organic elements freely circulating in crack’s space, and the toxic elements accompanying carbon raw material (Hg, Pb, Zn, Cd, Se, V, Ni etc.), Carbonic gas and hydrogen. So results of preliminary researches with equipment ECOPROB 5 (RS SYNAMICS, CR) have shown, that in area of atmospheric minima reduction of the maintenance of oxygen is observed. I.e. deep decontamination and rise CO2 is possible, that it will be inevitable to have an effect for a condition of environment. The last proves to be true presence endemic kinds of vegetation on these sites. Change of the maintenance of ozone that will have an effect on increase of cancer diseases and also possibly skin diseases.
