Analytical Laboratory, Moscow Department of Nature Use and Environmental Protection (GUP “GPC” DPiOOS), Moscow, Russia Moscow State Institute of Steel and Alloys (Technological University), Moscow, Russia

Rapid development of the industry and increase in number of motor transport in large cities inevitably lead to air pollution, waters, and ground and, as consequence, to deterioration of conditions of residing of the population. Insufficiently informative existing system of ecological monitoring has led to that the importance of mobile means of the control (analytical laboratories) began to increase every day. Thus to become the main activity of these laboratories the control and regulation of quantity of acting polluting substances over objects of a surrounding environment. In the report the basic advantages and lacks of mobile means of the control are considered, offers existing on today on technical and analytical equipment of mobile laboratories as complex purpose (the control of parameters and the express train-analysis of pollution of atmospheric air, industrial emissions, waters and ground), and special application (for example, the control of atmospheric air or industrial emissions) are analyzed.

By authors to be spoken, what it is possible to carry multi-purpose mobile laboratory of the ecological control to the first type «ECOMOBILE», developed under orders of Goskomecology of the Russian Federation. In the report opportunities of the given laboratory are considered, the complex of the analytical equipment by means of which it is possible to supervise directly on a place in atmospheric air and industrial emissions is presented: aquifer- and aerodynamic parameters, concentration of the weighed substances, oxides of nitrogen, sulfur, carbon, ammonia, chloride and fluoric hydrogen, etc.; in water: temperature, mineral oil, chloride, fluoride, sulfate, nitrate, nitrite, phosphate, metals (including and heavy), phenol, formaldehyde, etc.; in ground: chloride, fluoride, sulfate, nitrate, nitrite, phosphate and heavy metals.

Authors carry mobile laboratories of Moscow Department of Nature Use and Environmental Protection to the second type: «Kema» - for the control of industrial emissions (State Unitary Enterprise «The state nature protection center») and mobile laboratory for measurement of noise level and air pollution (GPU «Mosecomonitoring»). Last is equipped by analytical equipment for measurement of priority polluting substances (oxides nitrogen, carbon, sulfur, methane, hydrocarbons, ozone) in an automatic mode and capable to spend measurement in movement that is especially important at research of a level of pollution of atmospheric air on highways.

Equipment of «Kema» provides research of component-concentration structure of emissions of a wide spectrum of organic and inorganic substances in a mode of monitoring supervision. Authors for the first time in Russia had been received real experimental data on emissions of heavy metals, polyaromatic carbohydrates, dioxins, furan at the various enterprises connected with high-temperature processes (power system, incineration, and metallurgy). In particular, in a mode of real time it was possible to obtain data not only about concentration, but also about capacity of emissions of a lot of pollution. It has allowed settlement method to estimate a level of pollution in a ground layer of an atmosphere on significant distances from sources of emissions. In the report results of the above-stated experimental researches are resulted, and also ways of the further expansion of opportunities and equipment mobile laboratories both types with the purpose of giving are shown to it of the status of independent laboratories, which can function in local territories (in scales of small city, districts, municipality, etc.) as independent unit (post) of city system of ecological monitoring.
