Today’s world with its technologies, volumes of daily information, specific features and conditions of existence in an ecosystem, its unjustified and unlimited strain challenges man to great psychological and physiological demands, which, as a rule, exceed his mental and physical resources. Already in early childhood this imbalance leads to weakening of body system potential, its compensatory and adaptive functions. In elderly people it causes preliminary aging, development of pathologies in organs and systems of the body. As a result the resistance of the body to impacts of social and ecological factors is undermined. The self-evolution is characteristic for all natural being and man is no exception. Therefore man unconsciously resists any attempts that prevent him from the development. The body response (reactivity) on certain factors of external and internal environment is one of the major ways of maintaining the vital homeostasis – a relative dynamic balance of the internal environment. Nowadays there are following recognised general non-specific adaptive reaction of the body:

• On strong irritators, qualitatively different, inadequate is known as STRESS;
• On weak irritators, qualitatively different, weak, borderline is known as TRAINING;
• On average irritators, qualitatively different is known as ACTIVATION. Activation and training are classified as anti-stress reactions which make the body healthier. To support and form these reactions we developed the health-improving technology «Colorsound

Matrix», which comprises an antistress algorithm based on the impact of a number of frequencies – polyfrequent influence on a functional state.

It was stated that the body itself with its functional systems can be viewed as a source of weak electromagnetic fluctuations with a wide spectrum of frequencies and length of waves, covering the range from ultra long to very short ones. They determine rhythmical processes in the body, so called biological rhythms and oscillations providing a physiological balance, homeostasis and self-regulation. Key interactions of DNA, RNA and aminoacids in the focus of their light-colour attribute were shown by us. We have stated that light-colour and sound radiation are connected with geometrical elements that shape the matter, comprising a super complicated picture-matrix for correct distribution of the substance in space and time. To the number of basic geometrical elements, which can be sorted out at consideration of a genome, belongs a circle, spiral, cone, square, triangle, zigzag, a straight line. An extremely important aspect for further development of our technology aimed at optimisation of the psycho-emotional state of the man is his individualisation, dealing with individual peculiarities of the colour set and matching it, an individual “melody” of the body as well as their deviations at the moment of examination. Development and introduction in practice of nature-like methods of harmonisation of the man is of great importance for activation of the resources of his health, intellect, emotional and spiritual potential. Solving this problem is connected with stable development of the personality, and a socium in whole, activation of mechanisms of self-regulation and self-actualisation and also with reduction of aging the process of aging. The result can be achieved due to combination of the colour-sound harmonisation technology and the method of colour correction of psychophysical condition, which has been carried out in the frame of the acknowledged program “Express-Portrait”. Choice of individual colours in the program for correction of health is carried out with the account of the results of contactless psychophysical diagnostics based on a photo depiction of a person that was earlier proved by a number of studies and confirmed by practice. Psychotypes of man (16 ones were sorted out) are correlated with their colour-emotional matrixes and the latter, in its turn, reflect a psychic condition of a person in accordance with the mechanisms of psychological protections, and correspondingly, risks of their functional strain, preconditioning this or other pathology. Using the data on portrait characteristics of human psychotypes and their colour matrixes with application of latest medical devices (spectraldynamic analysis) it is possible to set correlations between portrait features of one or another psychotype and characteristics of system functions in organs (cardio-vascular, nervous, urinogenital and others). Uniting these two approaches enables to improve diagnostic and correction frames for estimating of a level of psychosomatic health in man.

As the result of using express technology for regulation of the psychoemotional state «Colour-sound matrix» was observed an improvement of the client’s adaptation status, higher resistance to social and ecological influences, better understanding of own individuality, which stimulates internal strengths of the body to more effective adaptation in stress conditions and consequently to optimisation of health.
