USE THE METHODS OF THE REMOTE FLEXING IN ORGANIZATION OF GREEN OBJECT MONITORING IN THE CITY OF DNIPROPETROVSK |

The City Dnipropetrovsk one of the largest megalopolises of the Ukraine became of the last decennial events. Together with surrounding towns and villages it became to represent the new type of country of the settling - urban agglomeration. Its area forms around 1000 km2, but the number of the population approaches to 3,0 million people. At Dnipropetrovsk live about 85 % populations of agglomeration. Density of the population of the city forms more then 3 thousand people/km2.
The formation of Dnipropetrovsk, as megalopolis, was characterized by some features: spontaneity building activity on initial stage of its formation; dissociation of territorial structure to organizations of the settlings; the transformation and destruction natural landscape, ecosystem and biotic community; the breach of the natural balance, suppressions forming environment function of vegetation etc. In process of construction and developments of Dnipropetrovsk were not taken into account the most important requirements of the modern ecological science and public hygiene. As a result ecological situation on the territory of the city Dnipropetrovsk, either as many other megalopolises, is defined by collection of the row factor: historical structure of the city; the natural condition (the climate, relief, landscapes and others); the concentration to industry and its specialization; the transport load; the level of the economic development etc.
In these condition role of green association on the territories of the Dnipropetrovsk takes the exclusive ecological role. Therefore Institute of Nature Management Problems and Ecology National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine with state enterprise Dniprokosmos is executed researches on motivation of the rational structure vegetation community of Dnipropetrovsk for development action on planting of trees and shrubs of its territory, protection and reconstruction reserve of vegetation resource and maintenances their ecological and recreation function. In process of the undertaking of these researches great role was conducted to remote method of the flexing (RMF).
The condition of soil-vegetable cover greater cities confesses one of the most objective indicator surrounding environment and its suitability for normal ability to live of the person. As a result of researches multizonal aerial- and space shootings the technique of use of materials is developed for an estimation of damage of a vegetative cover with wood vegetation in conditions of city territories. In conditions strong geochemical press of industrial zones of city all attributes of technogene influence are found out: in ground accumulation of heavy metals, salification and exhaustion, which influences a condition of vegetation; vegetation - change of coloring and morphological attributes.
The methods of the estimation of the defeat to vegetation was founded on discovery anomaly in spectral feature object, in accordance with change the color divergences sheet plate and, partly, morphological symptoms of the plants. The special computer programs use for processing picture.

The called on researches have allowed to create the efficient information base for organization of the efficient monitoring the green plantings of the city Dnipropetrovsk and development measure on planting of trees and shrubs of its territory, protection and restoration stocks of vegetable resource and maintenances their ecological and recreation function.
