According to modern requirements to training, formation and practical activities by a trade a basis of any activity is the knowledge of the personal computer and multimedia technologies. In a special degree of the importance it concerns to persons of a pension age who wish to continue the vigorous activity, benefitting a society. At University of 3-rd age employment on development of the personal computer, organizational technics and new computer technologies will be specially organized. A leading method of training of the given category of citizens is the method of problem training. The concept “creativity” is indissolubly connected with methods of problem training. Creation during self-development by the person objectively or subjectively new by means of specific, intellectual procedures which cannot be presented as precisely described and algorithm systems of operations and actions refers to as creativity. The psychological structures of the person necessary for creativity, are got only during the most search activity at the independent decision of creative problems. As stimulus to such activity, the difficulty realized by trainees, which overcoming serves, demands from it personal efforts and creative search new, before unknown persons to it of knowledge and ways of actions. Presence of these factors results any person in the special psychological condition, described desire to overcome the arisen difficulty. With the purpose of mastering of essentially new material we offer universal system of becoming complicated collective and individual creative tasks system - «the Assistant to a trainee».

The system «the Assistant to a trainee» includes 3 stages:

1. Independent creative designing and a statement of the studied block of the new information in as much as possible compressed kind, using construction of logic schemes on the personal computer (it is carried out individually);

2. A selection of a material through a network the Internet and on a studied problematics (or by a mastered trade) and its independent creative representation in the form of electronic PowerPoint - presentations, Flash - rollers and videoclips on the personal computer (it is carried out individually or collectively);

3. Independent creative registration of a full methodical rate of the studied branch of knowledge in the form of electronic PowerPoint - presentations, Flash - rollers and videoclips (it is carried out individually);

Performance of each stage of system of creative tasks assumes use of intellectual tools of methodology of creativity.

Moreover, performance of the third stage of the specified system assumes, that the trainee consciously and as much as possible qualitatively acquires all blocks of studied branch of knowledge.

We consider, that the given innovative method allows to combine in itself at once some the important components. First, the is professional-creative potential of the person during this age period is kept and staticized. Secondly, self-development and self-actualization of the creative person by means of development trained short-term educational programs of personal growth, preservation and realization of the is professional-creative potential proceeds. They master innovative technologies, expanding for themselves borders of dialogue.

By development of creative psychological-pedagogical technologies, purchase of necessary knowledge in the field of sociology, psychologies and medicine older persons increase ability to support the creative longevity, to support in difficult situations to themselves and a close environment, to influence the further course of vital events, to feel themselves as high-grade, capable members of a modern society.

Products of such formation are social activity (public, household, religious, etc.), social inquisitiveness, wisdom, comprehension of sense of the lived life, new social identification, creative longevity and increase of the status of the elderly person in society and in family as to a cell of a society.
