The social-economic conditions of our country make a nigh demand to the creation of intellectual and professional potential of the society, which is oriented to the new perspective and effective technological processes world-wide process, taking into consideration the variety of human and national wealth, capable of productive intellectual activity. New days the information sphere of education takes a new high-quality level: the problem of mass use of computer technologies in general in the field of professional education is solved. The solution of these dimensioned aims supposes the use of the new informational and educational technologies.

The process of information of education with integration tendencies of development of subject fields and environment knowledge actualized the working of approach to the use of potentional ITE (informational technology of education) for the development of the personality of students, the increase of their creative thinking, the forming of the skills to elaborate the strategy of searching way to solve training and practical tasks, to forecast the results of the realization of taken resolutions on basis of modeling of studied objects, phenomena, processes and correlation between them.

In spite of the urgency of the information of education formation, its present state is unsatisfactory. Till this moment there is no one coordinated for these purposes strategy, the matter of use of electroning computer is badly connected with curriculum and programmer, psychology-pedagogical aspects of creation and application of modern introduction in educational process modern ITE info the educational process are not enough studied and elaborated, the reorganization of traditional forms of intellectual activity on the basis of electronic computer meets a strong resistance.

As a result, the necessity in creation of innovation technologies of self-instruction of a system style of thinking and development of adaptive abilities of a person in modern world appears. The idea of the project has born at the faculty of mathematics and cybernetics of the Moscow state university, under the direction of Brusnecov N.P.

The specialists of the innovation centre “Resource” from European academy of natural sciences offered a new project, on the realization of the principle “the book + computer + Internet + mobile phone”, which was called the mobile system of education CIS-M (the computer intellectual support on the basis of mobile communication).

Advantages of mobile system CIS-M: individual approach (on-line), mobility, increase of the motivation and effectiveness of self-instruction, universality (mastering of any subject), globality (a great number of students), accessibility in connection to the mobile system, easiness in mastery and exploitation, monitoring of educational process, ecological compatibility, system effect (totality of all these advantages provides increase of quality of education).

Morozuk S.N. and Miroshnik E.V. on basis of all these produced a text-book on study of theoretical basis of sangenic reflection and base service of the skill of emotion control.

On basis of Moscow pedagogical state university we carry out a research with the purpose of approbate the main ideas of CIS-M. We think that modular – coded text-book, which is included in the process of education, makes for the development of personality of a student at expense of the development of its reflection
