Light is the basis of life on Earth. A lot of scientists, including Timiryazev1 and Baraboj, studied the role of the Sun and sunlight in the beginnings and progress of life on Earth and the influence of sunlight upon living organisms. The theory of colour-light information exchange, sun energy emission and accumulation as well as its use in medicine was worked out by Kuleshov.

In biosystem a sound makes mechanical influence that causes a piezoelectric effect in solid microparticles. In human organism such a microparticle is Calcium that is included into the content of some organic molecules. Light corresponds to luminescence of electrons which are results of piezoelectric effect. According to the referenced data, their radiation quantum energy makes 1, 91-1,65 eV - red; 2,1-1,91 eV - orange; 2,34-2,1 eV- yellow; 2,53-2,34 eV–greenт; 2,95-2,53 eV – blue and 3,1-2,95 eV – violet.

The described method uses an approach which considers sound and color as physical development of the space vibration in the range of 45 octaves. First octave is considered as an audible sound (16,75 Hz), and the last one is considered an apparent color (3,96*101 Hz). Audible and non-audible space sounds, sounds of nature, favorite musical instrument generate sonic waves in the space of interaction of human and environment. Sunlight, in its turn, is generated by colour waves, sound space – by vibration of primary planets.

It should be noted that every element of biochemical natural system is in resonance with elements of cosmic ray flux. So every cell in human organism is the centre of sense perception of sound and colour. If human organism is in synchronous resonance with the environment, it is healthy. Disharmony with the environment, first of all, leads to distortion of proteins composition in organism and illnesses.

Our method supposes synchronous influence of sound and colour as a complementary pair. This influence can be made by any musical instrument, even human voice, with simultaneous generating sound and colour vibrations.

Preliminary testing of the method showed its efficiency for psychophysical state correction.
