In many advanced countries rich professional and intellectual experience saved by persons of the senior (third) age and invalids with limited impellent or other abilities is highly valued and widely used. Due to realization of such approach countries receive powerful technical and economic, social and moral effects that promote increase of a living standard of the civil society. One of the main tasks in this activity is first of all maintenance of the specialized health services for the specific categories of citizens.

Usual medical testing in polyclinics, which demands numerous analyses, takes persons of advanced age (hypertensive persons, cores, etc.) and invalids a lot of time, a heavy nervous pressure and physical strengths. Such weak patients are compelled to stand in polyclinics in long lines and to move from one medical study to another. Moreover, during last months situation in Saint Petersburg polyclinics has become worse in connection with the fact that they are crowded by the blockade (Second World War) survivals – people who lived in S.Petersburg during the blockade at war time. These people should be registered of physical inability for getting additional pension according to the decision of directive authorities. According to experts, such congestion of polyclinics will come down only in 3 - 4 years.

The problem of duly and easily accessible medical diagnostic surveys of invalids and persons of advanced age can be very simply solved by the use of small-sized, portable diagnostic computer devices. Our long-term experience of testing aged persons and invalids shows, that portable device for bioresonant computer testing of patients is the most suitable for these purposes. It provides fast, simple and completely safe for health diagnostic testing. It is possible to deliver such portable device easily to the residence of a patient with the limited mobility and to carry out diagnostic procedures. A patient at such testing does not have necessity to change position of a body, to move and strain muscles of a body. During an hour and a half, instead of some days as at a usual routine testing, all parts of an organism are tested and the diagnosis is made.

Computer diagnostics allows to reveal activators of infectious diseases (viruses, microbes, parasites), to make diagnoses of diseases (gastritis, hepatites, arthritis, etc.), to reveal deficiency of vitamins, minerals and many other things. It allows to determine necessary medicines, homeopathist means or improving, food additives (vitamin cocktails; micro cells missing to an organism, amino acids, organic substances, etc.), the most suitable to the tested patient. In 3 months computer testing for checking the efficiency of treatment is carried out again. Such supervision over patients allows to prevent the development of serious diseases and to provide duly treatment of illnesses. It corresponds to the Federal program on protection and strengthening of the health of the population for 2003-2010.

The majority of the surveyed patients confirm the advantages of computer testing (absence of lines, simplicity of the procedure, reliability, absence of physical and psychological loadings, etc.), in comparison with multiphasic, long and exhausting forms of usual polyclinic testing.

During the last two years working with persons of advanced age and invalids we cooperate with the charitable Russian noncommercial organization “Health” (Moscow) which pays big attention carrying out charitable actions among the most requiring layers of the population. The organization “Health” in the charitable work leans on the commercial company “Nature’s Sunshine Products” (“NSP”), registered by «The State registration chamber at the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation » for N. 9054.1 from May, 10, 2006 with the sanction to carry out the commercial activity according to the Legislation of the Russian Federation till May, 30, 2009. The use of food improving preparations of firm “NSP” some years is authorized Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

Successful teamwork of the noncommercial organization “Health” with company “NSP” has been awarded in 2005 with the Prize «Crystal top» on Moscow exhibition «the Social initiative - healthy capital», for the high results achieved in business of improving health of the population, with the use of improving food preparations of the company “NSP”, and for charities among the most requiring layers of the population. It was marked, that improving preparations of the company “NSP” reduce the level of cancer and cardiovascular diseases, and also the diseases connected with deficiency iodine. All preparations have successfully passed narcotic control.

Together with the organization “Health” and firm “NSP” we constantly carry out charitable lecture-methodical activity which theme is: preventive maintenance and treatment of the most widespread diseases of persons of advanced age and invalids. These lectures are carried out according to the Federal Program «Protection and strengthening of health of the population for 2003-2010», and also according to the Law N. 135-FЗ the Russian Federation « About charities» (articles 18 and 21), from 07.06.1995 years, and according to the Law of Saint Petersburg « About charities » for N. 151-28 from 05.01.1996 years.

Lectures are carried out by doctors of high qualification. Techniques of adaptive physical training are developed for increasing physical abilities of invalids - sportsmen.
