The aim of the performed theoretical analysis was studying electromagnetic characteristics of DNA that are closely connected with its chemical structure.

The method based on the well- known principle about matter dualism that has both substance and wave characteristics. For integrative study of these characteristics an approach taking into account the resonance laws in physics and chemistry was used.

Results showed that DNA fragment including 4 nucleotides with T, C, G and A is the system of rotating disks (packets) within energy range from 0.67 to 2.97 eV. The indicating packets correspond to 1) color electromagnetic radiation within range from violet to infrared, the violet packet corresponding to laser focus; 2) sound radiation including musical sounds within range 360.7 – 2114 Hz; 3) concrete letter order of Russian alphabet, including З, Р, Ш and some others; 4) color and sound harmony of Universe and its physical model.

Graphs of spreading of mentioned complementary radiations reflect geometric elements of matter forms. The last ones create composite dynamic picture-matrix for correct distribution of substance in its own space-time. Substance and wave components of this matrix can influent one on another, the wave component being the primary one.

Becoming estranged from genome but maintaining close dynamic interconnection with genome, the described multivariate electromagnetic characteristics participate in super rapid transfer of genetic metabolic information. Reflecting changes that occur in genome in dependence on external influences they contribute to adaptation to changing conditions of environment.

The revealed DNA fragment wave characteristics are the basis of self organization of biosystems and their adaptation to environment. They also substantiate the using of the number of methodologies (bioresonance interactive pictographic modulators, synchronous –resonance method of sound and color sense perception center activation, regenerative energoinformative correction thanks to space energy) based on the energoinformative unity laws of the space and human, for the psychophysical health correction.
