The development of the ecologically clean and resource saving technologies is one of the most important goals of metallurgy, power engineering, mechanical engineering, medical equipment and other industries. As a result of the methods combined in one technological process a number of procedures based on the advanced physics achievements, for example, combination of heat treatment and plastic deformation methods in one technological process it is possible to eliminate the hazardous heat treatment operations and at the same time to increase strength and toughness in 1,5 –2,0 times.
Regarding from the ecological point of view it will not be necessary to carry out the heat treatment following by metal forming (for example in case of austenitic stainless steels widely applied in shipbuilding and other branches of industry) and to eliminate the pollution resulting from preheating as a part of the heat treatments.
