AQUEOUS WASTES TREATMENT FROM FATS WASTE PRODUCTS OF THE INDUSTRY |
| Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov, Belgorod, Russia |
Aqueous wastes treatment of the dairy combines described by the high contents of harmful substances, fats, great values HPK and BPK, is traditionally carried out on local clearing constructions with the help of various physical, chemical and biological methods. However by virtue of the various reasons after clearing constructions aqueous wastes are dumped in water objects with the high contents of fats, HPK and BPK, that has a negative effect on a condition air ecosystems. Therefore one of the most important ecological task is waste treatment and advanced wasre treatment of dairy combines.
We investigate an opportunity of aqueous wastes treatment of dairy manufacturing enterprises with the help of thermally modified waste of sugar industry, that is a defecation sludge or a defecation.
We have examined some models of emulsions in vitro (laboratory conditions) and the influence of temperature of heat treatment, weights of added defecation and durations of hashing of a reactionary mix on efficiency of clearing. It is established, that optimal temperature of heat treatment of defecation at its duration of 60 minutes is the temperature 620 º?, and peak efficiency of clearing on HPK makes 73 % for emulsion with reference value HPK of 880 mg ?2/?. The additive of defecation on 100 ml emulsion made 1 g, duration of hashing 15 minutes.
The offered way of clearing can be especially perspective at a stage of pretreatment or advanced waste treatment.
